The present terms and conditions of sale are intended to define the terms and conditions applicable to any purchase made by customers on the Noé-Noé website. The customer acknowledges having taken note, at the time of registration of his order, of the general conditions of sale stated on this page and declares to accept them without reservation. Similarly, Noé-Noé undertakes to respect these general conditions of sale. These general conditions of sale shall prevail over any other general or particular conditions not expressly approved by Noé-Noé. However, Noé-Noé reserves the right to modify at any time these general conditions of sale. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force at the date of the order placed by the customer.

The purpose of these terms and conditions is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of goods offered by the Noé-Noé site to the buyer.

All the objects on the Noé-Noé website are accompanied by a detailed description, a history of the creator where possible, as well as detailed photographs. You will not find a copy on this site, and each item will be accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. The selection of the art objects proposed is dictated by our experience. Basically, several criteria: the aesthetic quality of the work, its originality or its rarity, but with constant concern for the best value for money. And if the sale of our objets d’art is currently only online, we can present them to you, by appointment, at our address: 91 rue du faubourg Saint Honoré, Paris 8th. Never hesitate to contact us, by mail or by phone, for any information about the nature of our artworks. They all have a story, a personality and we will be happy to share them with you.

To order the desired objects, enter in their descriptive page by clicking on their photo, and then clicking on “order this object” and “to make the order”. The customer file, once completed by you, will then allow you to request a delivery quote, by clicking on “order”. Indeed, the prices of our art objects do not include delivery costs, which will be estimated by Noé-Noé as the case may be and submitted by means of a quote to the buyer within 48 hours maximum. It is only in case of acceptance of this quote and the total price (object and delivery) by the buyer, that the final ordering procedure can be finalized. Prices are in Euros.

The Noé-Noé site offers several payment methods, all secured and offering perfect traceability:

  • secure online payment, with the Sogecommerce international platform of the bank Société Générale,
  • international or national bank transfer.

Noé offers payment facilities, namely a three-time payment in equal parts and free of charge. The purchased lot will be blocked until the total amount is collected. However, the first payment is considered a non-refundable deposit. If, after three months and after three payments, you decide to cancel your order, we will refund only the last two payments.

Upon receipt and collection of the payment, Noé-Noé triggers the delivery to the address indicated by the buyer, and notifies the latter by a mail, which contains the name of the transport company, the order number and a link to the tracking information.
Our shipments are all insured. The insurance covers lost parcels and damages, but under very restrictive conditions. Upon receipt of the package, you must open the packaging in the presence of the delivery person and check the condition of the objects. In case of damage, refuse delivery and annotate the transport document in the following manner “parcel refused bad condition”, detailing the damage.
If you do not follow this procedure, it will not be possible to obtain a refund from the carrier.

We declare the value of the goods that we ship around the world. Customs duties depend on the legislation of each country. In the United States, art objects over one hundred years old are free of charge and therefore free of charge.

Returns are accepted up to 14 days if the item is returned in the conditions of its shipment, that is to say with the same packaging and the same carrier, at the expense of the buyer. The reimbursement will be made as soon as the package is received, after verification. In case of retraction, we invite you to contact us by mail or by telephone.

We are concerned about the confidentiality of our transactions. Also, we never communicate the identity of our customers and the price of their purchases. Prices are systematically withdrawn once the items are sold. And, if you wish, we can even remove the item sold from our catalog.
