And if the sale of our objets d’art is currently only online, we can present them to you, by appointment, at our address: 91 rue du faubourg Saint Honoré, Paris 8th. Never hesitate to contact us, by mail or by phone, for any information about the nature of our artworks. 5. TERMS OF PAYMENT

The Noé-Noé site offers several payment methods, all secured and offering perfect traceability:

  • secure online payment, with the Sogecommerce international platform of the bank Société Générale,
  • international or national bank transfer.

6. PAYMENT FACILITIES

Noé offers payment facilities, namely a three-time payment in equal parts and free of charge. The purchased lot will be blocked until the total amount is collected. However, the first payment is considered a non-refundable deposit. If, after three months and after three payments, you decide to cancel your order, we will refund only the last two payments.

7. DELIVERY

Upon receipt and collection of the payment, Noé-Noé triggers the delivery to the address indicated by the buyer, and notifies the latter by a mail, which contains the name of the transport company, the order number and a link to the tracking information.
Our shipments are all insured. The insurance covers lost parcels and damages, but under very restrictive conditions. Upon receipt of the package, you must open the packaging in the presence of the delivery person and check the condition of the objects. In case of damage, refuse delivery and annotate the transport document in the following manner “parcel refused bad condition”, detailing the damage.
If you do not follow this procedure, it will not be possible to obtain a refund from the carrier.

10. CONFIDENTIALITY OF TRANSACTIONS

We are concerned about the confidentiality of our transactions. Also, we never communicate the identity of our customers and the price of their purchases. Prices are systematically withdrawn once the items are sold. And, if you wish, we can even remove the item sold from our catalog.
